Please read these General Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing a product or ordering a service on the website. By submitting your purchase/order, you accept the conditions described herein.

2. Subject of the Contract
The scope of these Terms and Conditions extends to the products and/or services provided through the website operated by the Provider (hereinafter: Website).
The contract is concluded electronically between the buyer (hereinafter: Buyer) and the Provider, in the Hungarian language.
3. Ordering Process
The Buyer selects the desired product or service.
By clicking the "Order" or "Purchase" button, the Buyer submits the order.
The Provider confirms receipt of the order via email.
The contract is thereby concluded.
4. Prices and Payment Terms
The prices shown are gross prices; they include VAT (where the business is subject to VAT).
Method of payment: Bank transfer / Credit card
Payment deadline: 3 business days from the confirmation of the order
5. Delivery / Performance
The Provider shall fulfill the order within 5 business days from the confirmation.
Delivery method: Courier service / Parcel terminal delivery
Shipping cost: Calculated based on the delivery address and weight, indicated before finalizing the order.
6. Right of Withdrawal (applicable only to individual consumer buyers)
Pursuant to Government Decree 45/2014 (II.26.), the Buyer (if classified as a consumer) is entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal:
The Buyer may withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the product (or from the conclusion of the contract in the case of services).
The intention to withdraw must be notified via email or postal mail.
The product must be returned in an undamaged condition.
The cost of return shipping shall be borne by the Buyer.
The Provider shall refund the amount within 14 days.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:
Products made to custom specifications
Digital content, if performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment of loss of withdrawal right.
7. Complaint Handling
The Buyer may lodge a complaint through the Provider’s contact details.
The Provider will record the complaints in writing and respond within 14 days.
If the complaint cannot be resolved, the Buyer may turn to a Conciliation Body (Békéltető Testület).
8. Limitation of Liability
The Provider is not liable for:
any technical errors occurring on the website
misunderstandings resulting from errors made by the customer
performance issues arising from incorrect data entry
9. Copyright
All content on the website (text, images, graphics) is protected by copyright. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or modification of the content is strictly prohibited.
10. Other Provisions
The contract is concluded electronically; the document is not archived.
The contract is governed by Hungarian law.
The Provider is entitled to unilaterally amend these Terms and Conditions, which shall not affect previously placed orders.
